Returns Policy

We are pleased to offer you a full refund within 10 days of purchase (unused vouchers only). Simply return your voucher, with a cover letter to NIL, Level 2, 2-12 Foveaux St, Surry Hills, NSW 2010, including all relevant contact details. Please ensure you affix the correct postage for your refund request as this may delay the arrival of your letter. Refunds typically take 21 days to process and attract an administration fee of $15. If we do not receive your request within 10 days of purchase due to your incorrect postage, you may not be entitled to a refund. If there is a charge for receiving a request, this will be deducted from the amount owing to you.
